The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Management equips students with the skills necessary to lead people and processes and grow healthy organizations.

In addition to a business and technology foundation, students can gain essential business management competencies. Broad subject areas include human resource management, organization behavior, marketing, and project risk management.

CTU Online students with no previous college experience can complete this degree in about 2 ½ years. Students with prior college credit, military experience or an Associate's Degree may be eligible for the CTU Online Baccalaureate Degree Completion Program. In some cases, this may shorten the length of the program to 15 months.
