The Bachelor of Science in Human Services/Management program prepares graduates by providing them with the basic knowledge and skill set required to work in the human services industry. The Bachelor of Science in Human Services/Management is an integrated program combining academic instruction in the foundational areas of human services, such as counseling, social work, and psychology, with the management skills of planning, organizing, leading, assessing, and evaluating. BSHS/M students prepare for careers in management in the growing field of human services.

This program is designed to teach students strategies and techniques of intervention, as well as good managerial practices. Graduates will be prepared to make interventions at individual, family, group, organizational, and community levels, and to use sound management practices in a variety of human services settings.
